Protein is vital nutrition for the functioning of the body. But it’s difficult to have a good amount of protein directly from food. Here is the recipe of Pocket Friendly Protein Bar make it, have it & make your body fit. 

Ingredients:

  1. 150 grams of Peanuts.
  2. 50 grams Dates.
  3. 100 grams Oats.
  4. 100 ML Milk.
  5. Honey (according to your taste). 
  6. 1 tbsp. Coconut oil/Butter.
  7. 4 spoon Protein (Any Flavour).
  8. ½ cup Choco Chips.
  9. 50 grams of Almonds.
  10. 50 grams Cashews.

Recipe:

Step 1- Add 100 grams of oats & make sure the oats get fine & powdery. Then add 50 grams of dates in a thick form.

Step 2- Make a thick mixture of 150 grams peanuts, 50 grams of both almonds & cashews & mash them properly in particles form. 

Step 3- Add 4 scoop of protein (any flavour) in a big bowl then add some butter & honey (according to your taste)  mix it well then add the mixture of oats & dates mix it well.

Step 4- Then add Lukewarm milk in it, Mix it well until it becomes a thick paste.

Step 5- Add all the mashed dry fruits including peanuts in the mixture then stir it & mix it properly.

Step 6- You are now just one step away from tasty protein bars. Add Choco chips in it mix it a little bit.

Step 7- Fill it in a rectangular-shaped box & spread it properly, you can also sprinkle Choco chip on the top also. Now pop the bowl in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.    

Step 8- Slice the protein bars in desired size you want.

Notes-

  • The consistency of the protein bars will vary based on the basis of peanut butter brand you use & the amount of milk.
  • If it looks loose than add some oats & if it looks so dry, honey & milk.

All the nutritional values are on the basis of the whole protein bar mixture. You can easily calculate the nutritional value per protein bar.
