Muscle building & mass gaining is becoming a difficult task for gym freaks this Mass gainer/ Muscle building shake helps you to fulfil all your daily protein & carbs needs.

Ingredients Required for Mass & Muscle Building Shake

Muscle building shake
  • 25 grams Oats
  • 25 grams Protein
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1½ Peanut butter
  • 6-7 Almonds
  • 200 ml of milk
  • ½ tbsp sugar/honey

Recipe 👇


Step 1- Grind 25 grams of Oats, 25 grams of whey protein (1 scoop), 6-7 almonds in a mixer, make sure the oats get fine and powdery.
Step 2- Add 2 Bananas and blend them. You should have a thick paste now.
Step 3- Now add 200 ml of milk to it.
Step 4- Add 1½ tablespoon of peanut butter.
Step 5- you can add ½ spoon of sugar/honey.
Optional- you can add chocolate syrup to make your gainer tastier.
