
Sweet, tasty strawberry sorbet that will satisfy your sweet cravings in a healthier way. Facing difficulty in finding the perfect & healthy sweet recipe, Most of the homemade strawberry sorbets taste like an icy slushie, but this sorbet recipe is one of the thickened& yummy dish , melts-in-your-mouth. The best thing is that it can be made easily in your regular freezer or in ice cream freezer.
Ingredients:
- ½ kg of Fresh Strawberries.
- ½ cup of sugar powder.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 1½ spoon corn starch.
- 3 spoons of fresh lemon juice.

Recipe:
Step 1- Add strawberries in a grinder & grind it until it becomes smooth. Put in a bowl & add sugar & salt in it.
Step 2- Take corn starch in another small bowl & add little bit of cold water mix it well.
Step 3- Put the strawberry puree & corn starch mixture in a pan & heat it until it melts or simmers.
Step 4- Remove it from heat & add lemon juice & still it well & wait until sorbet become cool. Then put the sorbet in the freezer for 2 hours or until it become hard & thick.
Cooking Note:
Pour the sorbet in the shallow dish, put it in the freezer & wait till it freezes or become thick.
